Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with LINA LONDON. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. They apply to all visitors, users, and customers. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.

3. Products

LINA LONDON offers limited-edition clothing and accessories, including jackets, rain boots, and umbrellas ("Products"). Our Products are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once stock is exhausted, items will not be reproduced.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography conditions.

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from sale at any time.

4. Pre-Orders & Production Funding

LINA LONDON operates a pre-order model. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a Product that will be manufactured and shipped on the stated dispatch date. Your payment is taken at the time of ordering and is used, in part, to fund the production run for the relevant Product.

Pre-orders are binding once payment is confirmed
Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email and offer the option to cancel for a full refund
If, for any reason, we are unable to proceed with production of a Product you have pre-ordered, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund — no exceptions
Pre-order pricing includes any stated discount and is final at the time of purchase

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) or EUR (€) depending on your location and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Your order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

6. Shipping

Free worldwide shipping is included on all pre-orders
Estimated dispatch: early October 2026 (for the 2026 Colour Drop)
Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination — typically 2–5 business days within the UK, 5–14 days internationally
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is dispatched
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import duties, or events outside our control
Import duties and local taxes (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your LINA LONDON purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
To initiate a return, email us at info@linalondon.store with your order number and reason for return
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@linalondon.store before or within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the full order value within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

For pre-orders, you may cancel at any time before the dispatch date for a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of NJL PROPERTIES LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJL PROPERTIES LTD shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use our website:

For any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws
To transmit spam, viruses, or any harmful code
To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
To scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without our permission

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@linalondon.store — we aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or the courts.
